Our Q10 ND Yag laser can remove a variety of pigmented lesions such as Freckles, Age spots (Lentigos), Sunspots (Solar Lentigos), Café all Lait (Birthmarks), Seborrheic Keratosis, Hyperpigmentation and Melasma. Most of these are caused by an overproduction of melanin resulting in darker blemishes on the skin. Results can usually be achieved in 1-4 sessions.
The Q10 uses specific wavelengths of light in very short bursts of energy targeting these lesions to fragment the pigmentation causing it the move to the surface of the skin and flake off. The result will be a more even skin tone, brightening of the skin and more youthful appearance.
Consultation & Patch test- Before any treatment can be carried out we book you in for a consultation and patch test at least 48hrs before the procedure. Here we can discuss your suitability for the treatment and discuss any concerns and go through
the pre and after care guidance.
Preparing your skin- For at least 4 weeks before the treatment avoid sun exposure or UV exposure (including sunbeds)
skin care- You should avoid any active products on your skin such as AHA’s, BHA’s, retinal treatments 3 days before your appointment.
Skin treatments- 2-4 weeks before avoid any skin treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, and laser hair removal treatments.
skin type- Please note this treatment is only safe and effective on lighter skin tones due to melanin heat absorption. Skin type 4 and above would be more suited to an alternative treatment such as chemical peels.
Note- We cannot treat and raised lesions or unknown skin concerns with this treatment. Cryotherapy may be recommended upon assessment. Hormonal malasma is less effective and therefore we recommend chemical peels or microneedling to address this concern. If you are unsure about the best treatment please contact us to discuss this or book a complimentary consultation so we can assess in person.

Cryotherapy is a quick, safe and highly effective treatment used to remove a wide range of benign skin lesions by applying a controlled burst of extreme cold to the affected area. This freezes the targeted tissue, causing it to naturally break down and fall away as the skin heals.
This treatment is suitable for the removal of:
✔️ Skin tags
✔️ Warts & verrucas
✔️ Freckles
✔️ Age spots & milia
✔️ Fibroma
✔️ Seborrhoeic keratosis
✔️ Solar lentigo
✔️ Cherry angioma
A precision cryotherapy device delivers a short, targeted freeze to the lesion only, leaving the surrounding skin untouched. The frozen tissue dries out and sheds over the following days, allowing fresh, healthy skin to form underneath.
Treatments are extremely fast, often taking just a few seconds per lesion. There is minimal discomfort, no cutting or stitches, and little to no downtime. Most clients return to normal activities immediately, with only mild redness or scabbing during the healing process.
Cryotherapy offers a non-invasive, effective solution for unwanted skin lesions with quick results and minimal interruption to your daily life.

Map My Mole™ is an advanced skin screening service designed to support the early detection of skin cancer and provide peace of mind when it comes to monitoring moles and skin lesions. Using specialist imaging and clinical assessment, moles and lesions are carefully reviewed and digitally documented, with any areas of concern identified for further investigation.
We offer Map My Mole™ as an option alongside our cryotherapy service to ensure client safety is always the priority. While cryotherapy is an effective treatment for removing benign moles and skin lesions, it is essential that any mole is assessed first to confirm it is suitable for cosmetic removal. This screening process helps to rule out suspicious features before treatment and ensures we are working responsibly and ethically. We would also encourage attending your GP for mole assessments before removal.
Why early detection matters
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers in the UK, and early detection can be life-saving. Identifying changes in moles or skin lesions at an early stage significantly improves outcomes and allows for prompt medical referral where necessary.
By combining professional skin screening with safe, non-invasive lesion removal, we offer a comprehensive approach to skin health — prioritising early detection, client reassurance, and high standards of care at every stage.

Our Map My Mole™ service uses advanced imaging to capture and digitally record all your moles and skin lesions. Each mole is carefully assessed for any signs of abnormality, with suspicious areas flagged for further medical review. This ensures early detection of potential skin cancers and provides peace of mind before any cosmetic removal treatments, like cryotherapy, are performed. Reports are usually received back in less than 48 hours.
