HOW DOES IT WORK?
Well controlled pulses of light penetrate the upper skin layer and are absorbed by one of the body's own natural chemicals melanin contained in the hair follicle. Melanin converts the light energy into heat. This heat is transferred to the hair follicle, which is destroyed, making it unable to produce a new hair.
WHAT TYPE OF LASER?
Here at LaserLAB we use the AW3 schenelle Ultra Diode laser hair removal technology. We were one of the first laser clinics in the UK using the new 'Schenelle Ultra' model manufactured by All white laser, also know as the 'king of lasers'. The machine uses advanced Crystal freeze technology making treatment virtually pain free.
WILL IT GROW BACK?
Hair follicles that are treated in the active (Anagen) growth stage will never grow back when targeted correctly. However dormant hairs under the skin, pregnancy, medication & other hormonal factors can cause stimulation in follicles resulting in future growth, a top up session will help to keep on top of this.

AFTERCARE
Gentle exfoliation 72 hours after will help with hair shedding
